RETURN & REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

This agreement is in effect as of June 29, 2021.

We reserve the right to change this Refund & Return Policy from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Refund & Return Policy periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions. Please look at the bottom of this page for the last updated date.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us back your item.

Shipping of Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of previous shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please send us an email at wecare@aktivformulations.com for instructions on how to mail your product to us. Consumer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities. If your shipping value is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
